At the same time, we respect the copyright and intellectual-property rights of journalists, photographers, creators, publishers, organisations and other rights holders.<\/p>

This Fair Use Policy explains how CLNN approaches the limited use of copyrighted material for legitimate purposes such as news reporting, criticism, comment, review, research, education and public-interest journalism<\/strong>, subject always to the applicable law.<\/p>
