Connect Live News Network (CLNN)<\/strong> respects copyright and the intellectual property rights of journalists, photographers, videographers, writers, publishers, news agencies, creators, organisations and other rights holders.<\/p>

As a digital news organisation, we also recognise the importance of responsible information sharing and the public’s interest in accessing and discussing news. Our Copyright Policy is intended to protect original work while allowing lawful and appropriate use of news content.<\/p>

This policy explains how copyright applies to content published by CLNN, how our content may be used, and how copyright holders can contact us regarding alleged infringement.<\/p>

The fact that a use is described as “fair use” or “fair dealing” does not automatically make the use lawful. The legal position depends on the circumstances and applicable law.<\/p>
